With over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Erica Scioscia has worked in HR for a wide variety of industries including: financial services, CPG food & beverage, beauty, manufacturing, diagnostics, hospitality, property management, non-profit, and marketing/promotions. Erica spent the first 10 years of her career working in Corporate America for both private and publicly traded companies. Since then, she has focused her career on working with small organizations as a consultant, offering customized HR service solutions.
With a passion for helping company's grow and develop, Erica has extensive experience and knowledge of all facets of the Human Resource function. She delivers exceptional back-office support and management guidance to each client.
Erica is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, PA with degrees in both Psychology and Government & Law. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
In addition to her professional affiliations, Erica also volunteers a tremendous amount of time to local non-profit organizations. She has served as Co-President of the Weston Women's League (WWL), Treasurer, Board Member and Fundraiser Chair (4+ years). She is a former board member of the Weston Food Pantry and has volunteered with Urban Impact, tutoring at-risk elementary children in Bridgeport, CT.
